  July 14, 2014 - Drank this tonight at Jumbo (East Coast) with my colleagues and work partners from China. To coincide with the World Cup Finals, the wines chosen were German (Riesling) and Argentine (Malbec).
  
  This well performed better than expected. Smooth, rounded and fruity, typical of a South American Red.
  
  Colour was dark with fragrant notes of plums and black tea on the nose. On the palate the wine is plummy, generous, fleshy and luscious.
  
  This is a wine that appealed to new drinkers and we finished the bottle in no time.

  February 28, 2014 - Dark red and a little bit cloudy. Red berries and oak on the nose. Medium to full bodied with more red berries, plums and vanilla on the palate. Decent length with nice acidity and well integrated tannins. Went very well with a simple ribeye.
