February 2, 2022 - With age, the 2011 is becoming a bit shrill, and probably it needs to be consumed soon. The fruit has faded relative to what it was like on release, but the tart acidity is still very evident, given a wine a bit like a dry Riesling centered on lemony citrus. Quite good, but not at all what it once was.

March 12, 2017 - Poured this for my wine group, as part of a non-chardonnay white wine night. Not the group's favorite, although everyone liked it, it was my favorite wine of the night. Its different from other whites I have had, and I enjoyed the honey notes and the long finish.

July 13, 2016 - Balanced and rewarding, with soft pear and lime flavors well complemented by taut minerality. Medium acidity. Drank best as it approached room temperature.

September 2, 2015 - Pale yellow. This wine comes off like a Sancerre, with a nose of yellow gooseberries and white flowers, lime. The sweet and ripe fruit is balanced by moderate acidity, giving needed structure and support. Medium length... Quite a nice wine. For me, less exotic than suggested by some of the other posted notes.

    August 2, 2014 - PopnPour, tasted over 3 hrs
    -translucent very pale light straw
    -lime
-med+ acidity really kicks in at the backend, light weight but impressive flavor concentration on mid-palate, lanolin, almost evaporates into a long finish with lime-like citrus tones, exquisite balance
-unique, excellent now, no idea how this will age
