Community Tasting Notes 3

March 4, 2015 - Day1: Nice candid neutral fruit and flinty aroma, too much like sauvignon blanc from southern france. Tasty but uninspiring.

Day4: Steely flintiness has gone. Integrated into a warm round whole with a touch of honey (now eventually showing chardonnay virtue). Reminds of baujolais blanc.

    Day7: Oaky and dull.
