  July 24, 2018 - Five years since prior bottle.
  Still an honest garnacha but time has given some elegance, a honeyed texture and more balance with alcohol (14.5 ABV).
  Aromatically, notes of black fruit, carob, licorice and slate minerals predominate. In the mouth I prefer its good length and tame acidity.
  I know that statistically my opinion is not relevant but it is NOW when this wine becomes interesting.
  In addiction of that, in general and like champagne, the garnachas served pretty chilled are for the summer.
  
  Cinco años han pasado desde la anterior botella.
  Sigue siendo una garnacha honesta pero el tiempo le ha otorgado elegancia, una textura melosa y un mayor equilibrio con el alcohol (14,5%).
  Aromáticamente predominan las notas a fruta negra, algarroba, regaliz y de minerales de pizarra. En boca me quedo con su buena longitud y su domada acidez.
  Se qué estadísticamente mi opinión no es relevante pero es AHORA cuando se pone interesante.
  También he de añadir que, en general y como el champán, las garnachas servidas bien fresquitas son para el verano.

  At this point, full aromatic and nice pairing food cause that vivid acidity. Don't look for complexity right now. Let it soft until 2018. Served chilled because those 14.5 ABV.
  Reloaded Grenache cause this specific vintage, that's what I think.

  En este momento, plenamente aromática y rica acompañando a la comida por su viva acidez. Ahora mismo no busques complejidad. Déjala relajarse hasta el 2018.
  Servida fresquita por esos 14,5 grados de alcohol.
  Una garnacha recargada por esta añada específica.

  October 7, 2013 - Very good nose and wonderful taste. Very good stuff, but surely I drank it to early. If you have a bottle, wait until 2015.
