July 2, 2022 - Intens- sitrongul/gyllen. Intens aroma av honning, voks, epler. Medium/høy sødme, og høy syre som balanserer det ut fint. Mye body. Lav alkohol. God konsentrasjon med honning, litt epler, sitrus og en lang finish. Utrolig elegant på tross av mye sukker.

A spatlese with 8.5% alcohol and would classify at least as a medium dry; however sugar feels restrained likely due to the high acidity. Sugar and acidity indeed quite balanced. On the nose, ripe stone fruit and fresh honey predominant. Would pair well with apple pie or a pavlova. But wouldn't discount savoury foods such as sweet potato mash or honey baked ham.

January 25, 2015 - Medium yellow with green hues. Honey, peach, citrus fruit, florality and kerozene notes on the nose. Medium-bodied with excellent balance between sweetness and acidity and a long aftertaste.
