September 5, 2014 - Another beautiful bottle! Went great with the homemade pizza -- nice pairing with the arugula!

April 9, 2014 - I assumed this would be well past prime, but it is beautiful! Very extracted, dark inky color, rich flavors, good fruit with nicely balanced acidity. Has softened a bit, but still holding its own.

February 22, 2014 - 4th Saturday Brown Bagger (Rich & Dana's): Opens with notes of sous bois and dark fruit, turning to bouillon cubes. Vanilla, black fruit and licorice on the palate, but the nose is dreadful.

February 22, 2014 - Opened by Allred at 4th Saturday group. I got nothing on this, and even thought it may have been slightly corked. Consensus was that it was just dead. No guess.

May 16, 2013 - Dark color. Notes of plum, pepper, black fruit and subtle floral qualities. Medium-bodied with softened tannins and flavors of black fruit, pepper and meat. Medium(-) finish.
