April 19, 2024 - Friday Group Brown Bag Tasting (EBCC): Tropical banana and coconut notes with honeycomb underneath. Honeycomb on the palate, which is also lacking in fruit. Not the best example of this and presumably not representative.

December 16, 2023 - Not showing its age at all. Very aromatic with citrus, honey, butterscotch, green apple, pear and minerals. Flavors of citrus, mineral, apple and a touch of oak. Well balanced with good acidity, nice mouthfeel. Long smooth finish. My last bottle, but years of life left.

July 22, 2023 - Light gold. Peach, apricots and butter on the nose. Quince, honey and ripe pears with a fair amount of oak on the palatte. Vanilla and ripe stone fruit gives an impression of sweetness although the wine is dry. Great drop at 12 years old. Med + acidity. Intense flavour and good length.

June 11, 2023 - Out of magnum, pop n pour, nice chardonnay not over oaked some grass and lemon notes. Thought was sauvignon blanc initially. Drinking nicely
