  June 12, 2010 - A big nose of over the top dark fruit, dark purple in color. Blackberry, Blueberry, spice, a bit overdone, a little hot, but for $10 bucks and a midweek day it’s ok.

  May 25, 2010 - Decanted first for a few hours. Color was lighter, not dark. This Zin had a rather different nose in the sense it was more red fruit than dark. Red Cherries, strawberry. Palate was bright and somewhat spicy. It came on as rather hot but I think it was more of the spiciness I was experiencing. Long finish. Not at all what I would have expected. I liked it and would buy this one again. Great wine for $16.
