January 25, 2019 - Disappointing. Ok nose ok fruit just a little bit of a bitter finish. Almost poured it out but tried it the next day and it was much better. One more bottle to try.

November 12, 2015 - Very dark black red color. While a decent zinfandel with earthy and beery flavors, some bite and heat. A little disappointed at this price point. Not overly impressed.

March 19, 2014 - Howell Mountain Spring Wine Tasting. Lovely rich cherry fruit on the nose, more of the same on the palate, almost at the peak, tasty, rich fruit, easy to enjoy, medium/big body, long finish, don't like the $45 Retail.

January 22, 2014 - ZAP Trade Tasting. 100 year old vines, nose of red cherry fruit, like jam preserves, more of the same on the palate, inky tasting, reaching its peak, touch one dimensional, medium body and long, pleasant finish.
