  February 10, 2015 - Deep Purple core to the rim, opaque
  Nose: Black cherries, Plums, Earth and hint of menthol
  Palate: bold blackfruits, tobacco, espresso, gritty tannins with a Med-Long finish.

I bought a case and a half a few years ago and have frequently poured as a second bottle at gatherings for people who like big cabs or a weekday bottle when I feel like a big cab and don't want to crack into an expensive bottle. Never disappoints. Fruit has faded a bit from the last time I had it. Still nice but drink up.

  February 5, 2014 - Hit the spot after clearing the driveway of a foot of snow. Juicy and almost plump but really quite enjoyable. I'm putting Atlas Peak on my list of great $20 Cabs.
