June 7, 2015 - Most enjoyable deep crimson colored medium bodied aglianico with medium legs and no sediment in the bottle. Blackberry and red currant bouquet with similar tastes. The wine has satin-like texture and very pleasant on the palate and finishes well. Not much acidity but should drink well for another 3-5 years.

August 19, 2013 - A very approachable Aglianico with a terrific balance of red and black fruits, earthy minerals, and tannins. Drinking well now, this will probably peak in 3-5 years. Nice to be able to appreciate this varietal without waiting a decade or more.
