Community Tasting Notes 1

September 29, 2013 - Lovely nose, thick with black currant, blackberry, violet and brioche. Fruit forward, as all of Grant's wines tend to be, dark fruit mixing with espresso in a nicely balanced merlot-type tannic structure. I catch a bit of prune on the finish, which lasts about 20 seconds. Very nice now, will probably continue to improve for 8-10 years.
