May 22, 2022 - Super bon et ample, c'est dense et assez sucré.
Ca sort des sentiers battus avec des saveurs
    d'herbes et de figues.
    Passablement long et persistant.
Impeccable mais avec un peu moins de sucrosité
    ça serait parfait.

October 28, 2021 - Bright aromas of dust, liquorice, menthol, wild fennel, a sprinkle of spice and wet toast. Then ripe raspberry compote, marinated black raspberry and Mayberry, insinuating a jam-like reduction.
A rather initial sweet cherry-orientated entry meets with a coolness to the mid-palate that shows mint, fennel, star anise and liquorice. There is undoubtedly a richness from the glycerol (15% alcohol) of this strapping wine that is broad and captures all the heat of Roussillon with its warm, baked notes. There is a candied fruit and brown sugar on the back palate typical of Grenache, yet also a menthol (whole bunch?) and sea salt note (it is very close to the Mediterranean!) that keep the wine upright.
Reasonable length, this a good quality wine where the constant balance of sweet jam fruits and saline freshness keeps the wine interesting.

September 3, 2021 - This is really a funny bottle of wine. Purchased as a value table type wine, not super enjoyable as such, aged beyond what was really its anticipated window... it evolved into an incredibly soft subtle and incredibly enjoyable wine. Yes, this shit can surprise you.

May 26, 2021 - still drinking well. Nose of raspberry, peach and cedar. Taste of apricot, raspberry and a bit of earth. Good balance.

May 21, 2021 - It’s good, but it’s awfully heavy and sweet. Feels more like a Napa Syrah than a French red.
