  December 5, 2020 - A bit of a disappointment. Less concentrated and intense than an Amarone should be. Better on the 2nd night but wouldn’t buy again.

  May 24, 2020 - Drinking well right now. Decanted one hour and it was ready to go. Well integrated but mild. Good qpr from WTSO. Will drink my last one soon.

  December 1, 2019 - In comparison to the bottle opened 5 years ago this tastes like a proper Amarone with the usual notes (dark cherries, bitter chocolate, very concentrated on nose and palate with a slightly unctuous mouthfeel). Really quite enjoyable and a bargain at $24 from WTSO. I'd say it's in its prime drinking window now.

  As suggested by the score, this was an outstanding bottle. Rich and flavorful. Perfectly integrated. I let it breath for a while which helped. Also good on Day 2. Great ripasso.
