March 8, 2014 - This is really beginning to mellow out. It's still quite intense, but the alcohol has integrated nicely, and the flavors are smoother than in previous years. I have some left from '93, '94, and five more from '95. I believe there is a lot of life left in all of these, but I also believe they have reached a point when additional age may not do a whole lot more in the way of improvement. That's not to say that I'll drink them all right now, of course. I'm looking forward to seeing if the some additional age will make them better or not.
