Sea weed nose
Crisp with appealing nuttiness, slightly heavier than equivalent J fino, but not cloying as the sea breeze effect takes hold.
Shows distinctive Puerta SM characteristics more clearly than I can remember in any fino. Sets out to do a job and succeeds.1 person found this helpful Comment -

December 9, 2016 - Light 10k gold to watery edge. Fresh saline and wet seashell nose, The palate is all salty vinous, very light at the center with more intense edges, delicate. The finish is in keeping, and medium-long. This is a very fresh and light-textured fino, with en Rama flavors.
