Community Tasting Notes 11

July 23, 2023 - Showing beautifully. Pinpoint balance between ripeness, stone fruit, and soil notes. Fine energy still, but why wait? Delicious Sancerre.

August 20, 2021 - Beautiful wine with round aged SB character. Could still keep going for awhile but it presents such balance, that why wait?

July 1, 2021 - This one did not come around for me. Good but not what I hope for from F Cotat. Drank over 3 hours.

March 8, 2020 - Incredible bottle. Decanted for extra air. Displayed great nuance and complexity, perfectly balanced between roundness and acidity. Ripe without being overly fruity and plenty of minerality without becoming one dimensional. Long saline finish. Drinking well now but probably good for another decade.

December 31, 2019 - Great Minerality, lovely match with seafood and cod.
Some tastes of riped pear with flavors lemon. Would recommend a 1h decanting. Can hold on the bottle for a few more years
