Community Tasting Notes 3

May 14, 2016 - Pretty typical California chard. Over oaked and Malo heavy. Otherwise well constructed. Not my cup of tea.

October 26, 2015 - Golden color. Full bodied with medium acid and finish. Aromas and flavors of tropical fruits, notable oak elements of caramel and vanilla, some malo butter, and a little saline minerality. Comes across a little manipulated, though airtime seems to soften the effect a bit.

December 9, 2014 - Green apple and a little butterscotch. Not over the top with the oak, but just enough to add character.
