February 24, 2017 - Such a pretty raspberry color. Nose: crisp red apples, strawberries, bright red cherries, rose petal, tobacco barn, incense sticks, raspberry leaf. Palate: crisp and fresh with fine, dusty tannins. Cool strawberry, tart raspberry, red apple peel. Notes of smoke, leather, roses, floral potpourri, some mineral/earthy complexity. I love Jura Trousseau and I love Copain, and this did not disappoint.
