June 3, 2019 - Perfect provenance. Cork 1/3 soaked. Level in to the neck.
Just a hint of bricking. Aromas of cassis, mint, black fruits, tobacco. Delicious, medium bodied palate is refined and long. Tannins are all but soaked up. Very good example.

November 17, 2018 - - Brick color. It's unbalanced with a medium body. Round texture with a medium finish.

September 21, 2018 - No obvious signs of bricking at the rim. Powerful Coonawarra nose, with hints of eucalyptus, mint and development. Silky smooth in the mouth. The development's coming through a bit more strongly on the palate, but there's still plenty of fruit in there. Decent length with a little bit of grip on the finish. Still very lively but I suspect it's at its peak or even starting to go into decline.

September 11, 2013 - Tasted this wine at Katnook Cabernet Masterclass by Wayne Stehbens.

Lots of sediment in this wine, showing off a reddish purple colour. Nice big chocolate block on the nose and mint on the mid palate. Some herbaceous notes followed by a sensation of sweetness! Has a cigar box and tobacco taste at the finish.

    An interesting and complex wine.
