February 24, 2023 - Leesy breezy flinty aromas, followed by a lush and tender mouthfeel, good concentration, sappy oystershells, honey candied pears, no razor like acidity but nevertheless balanced, the sea salts and slightly bitter aftertaste balances well the opulent flesh. A run for the money.

Lemon, bitter lime rind, slightly nutty (cheesy?) Better with the meal than before.
