April 12, 2024 - Dusty golden. Intense and slightly reductive bouquet with some grassy and flowery elements. Precise and sharp palate with acidic bite and minerality with fennel under the red grapefruits and yellow citrus and a chalky dusty finish.

October 13, 2023 - Pale yellow with green reflections. On the nose some citrus. On the palate white orchard fruit, again citrus (lemon and fresh orange). Overall pretty straightforward, drinking well, but needs another 2-3 years to be fully in its drinking window.

November 5, 2022 - Showed absolutely beautifully. I was expecting something a little bit aged and rich - but it was wonderfully youthful yet well developed. Rich on the nose (butterscotch, cream) yet saline and nervy on the palate, with citrus and rich apple. Unmistakably Chablis made in the Dauvissat style.

November 5, 2022 - During a 2012 Burgundy blind tasting dinner. Overall the vintage showed quite tannic still and with a wide dispersion between the top names and lesser known Domains. Definitely drink the 2013 and 2014 before the 2012 and stick to quality producers. TN: Very watery wine on a first sip, then complex lemon, mineral, oak spice aromas on the finish pointing to good quality. Palate 88 Aromas 92

April 4, 2021 - After taking a few minutes to wake up, the 12 Dauvissat Séchet really shows a lovely, mature nose, so typically Chablis with its marine notes (which here meld typical oyster with a slightly umami, seaweed note) and Meyer lemon. Really beautiful and probably at its apogee already.
