February 14, 2014 - Rich and fruity with some spice. Subdued but tight tannins. Wouldn't call it soft but easy to drink with a long enjoyable finish.

The texture is quite savoury despite the richness and this also has a glorious sappy, nervy backbone of acidity, almost a velvety caramel, coffee-creaminess on the finish. ****
