April 23, 2014 - A good wine on opening, but after being vacuum-sealed and left in the fridge for 10 days- even better. Give it air to breathe.

December 10, 2013 - Perhaps a hint of peachy sweetness in this light bodied wine, which is otherwise marked by crisp minerality, clean slightly citrus acidity (a touch too acidic for my taste), and what I think is often reffered to as smokiness: a tight, long, mouthwatering savoury finish.
