June 27, 2014 - Purple in color with cherry, plum and a twangy metal on the nose. Palate - dry, medium acid, low tannin. Metallic, black cherry, candied orange peel and a short finish. The metallic overtone pretty much made this wine unpleasant and clobbered the fruit. I would not recommend.

March 16, 2014 - Tart red fruits and licorice, fruit-forward in the traditional sense, varietally correct, type-correct, clean and well-made joven. No more, no less. The world needs more wine like this, cheap and honest and right.
