January 23, 2017 - Another low production wine ordered off the list at Buca in Toronto. Paired this with some sea bass sashimi and a really excellent burrata/truffle pizza. Handled both foods equally well. Very much the dry style but with good fruit characteristics. Also a touch more mineraly. Enjoyed.
