  October 16, 2019 - 2008 Brut consumed in 2019. Developed tertiary notes such as honey, dried fruit and some petrol. Not a lot of secondary flavors. Likely still at its best.

  March 6, 2015 - Nice average sparkling vino - price is perhaps a little higher than i would pay for experience (as per some other notes) ~22$ CAN @ MLCC in YWG...
  
  Light nose with enjoyable palate that is crisp/sharp with mouse and the transitions to a subtle bready/perhaps pear like profile. Cheers to Canadian wine makers, and would stand up to some of the very slightly lower priced CAVA's or Prosecos's...

  April 27, 2014 - medium-tight, long-lasting bubbles. Crisp, dry entry, with both fruity & savoury flavours. Had some texture in mid-finish. Very good value.

  January 4, 2014 - On the nose there's green apple, lemon & yeasty notes ~ On the palate it's light bodied with crisp acidity & flavors of a baked apple pie, lees & lemon ~ Really simple stuff & disappointing at the price
