May 2, 2022 - A nice BdM with dark fruit, hints of earth, with well integrated tannins. This wine is definitely satisfying and well balanced. Paired nicely with wood oven cooked ground wild boar pizza.

March 9, 2022 - Don’t have a lot of BDM riservas, usually been satisfied and happy without the extra spend. But this has a dimension beyond, makes me wonder. So many 2010 to explore, all drinking beautifully so far, but this was an extraordinary Brunello.

September 13, 2020 - The reviews of this were all over the board. We had a nice experience with this wine. Beautiful dark red fruit with earth slight mushroom and oak. Incredibly fine but firm tannins. Very well balanced with long finish. About 2 hours the red fruit yielded to more of a cola flavor. (In a good way). I do not taste a lot or tertiary flavors and can’t wait for this to turn. I believe will improve with age.
