February 24, 2018 - Ruby with purple tint without any signs of aging. Nice and intense nose of cherries, minerals, tobacco, spices, black tea and vanilla. On the palate it shows vigor and elegance with small amounts of round tannin and refreshing acidity. This wine of Paquet was in need of some years in the bottle. Now it is fully mature with years to come. Great finesse! 5/12/17/9

October 11, 2014 - Ruby coloration. Red fruit and a floral (as in planting flowers in rock earth) component on the nose. Dark cherry on the palate to begin with tobacco and leafy vegetable notes following. A wonderful finish. A well balanced delicious wine. You will think it strange, but inadvertently discovered that this wine pairs well with sea salted caramel ice cream (seriously).

August 13, 2013 - Belle robe cerise moyennement foncée et légèrement trouble (le vin n'est pas filtré), le nez est intense, fruité et plein de beaux arômes de cerises mûres. En bouche, l'attaque est moyennement corsée avec une belle texture ample et charnue. La qualité et l'intensité des arômes fruités et floraux sont bien présents. Très digeste et légèrement raffiné. Finale moyennement longue. Pas très complexe mais l'équilibre et la mâche pour une vin de cette appellation surprend. Très beau vin.
