August 14, 2013 - Great copper color. Tart alpine strawberry aroma. Drinking this wine makes my mouth water for salty snacks. I can't quite put my finger on it, but there's an aroma, that's not unlike mineral, beaming from this glass like a ray of light traveling towards its source. Chalk surfing on a photon headed away from shore.
As this opens up in the glass, there is a singularity to the aromas. It's not too pronounced, subtle and trustworthy.
