Community Tasting Notes 8

September 8, 2022 - Filled bottom neck. The long cork was soaked but intact. Medium brick-ish colour. Red fruit, blackberry, blood orange, cedar, tobacco, herbaceous notes, truffle, earth, spices, and balsamic notes, with good acidity and great persistence. Medium-bodied, well-balanced, and very long. Smoothly textured and very harmonious after an hour In a small decanter. Lovely! Spicier and slightly drying but still very enjoyable on day two. Drink now.

November 17, 2019 - Light earthy and leather nose; balanced and elegant; mature but still some tannins which give it the right zest; sweet long light blackberry.
