  October 4, 2015 - Pale gold. Fresh, pure, clean, tart, refreshing and a steal at the $11 I paid for it. Even my wife's 90-year-old aunt asked for a 2nd glass!

  March 31, 2015 - Pale gold/clear color of medium viscosity. Medium + intensity aromas of white stone fruit, with white and yellow flowers. Excellent underlying minerality and herbal quality. Dry/wet rocks. Nice length and finish, with moderate + acidity. This wine is really nice, I would pick it as a Chenin Blanc blind, and I wonder if this might not have some good aging potential due to its acidity.

  January 16, 2015 - Initially high acid, lemon and some bitter flavors. After 1+h open the wine put on weight and turned to peaches with lemon zest. Really nice with some air and a good value.
