July 23, 2004 - Fruit is mostly gone, what's left is mostly woody oak. Drink yesterday.

February 1, 2004 - Fruity with a nose of lemon zest and a hint of orange and pear. Full body with smooth finish which has a fair bit of oak.

October 11, 1997 - Solid oak backbone, initially sweet. Turns spicy with creamy citrus flavors of pear, lime, orange peel, grapefruit. Hints of nutmeg with a long finish. Incredible.
