  October 1, 2014 - This might be also a vintage wine; I just didn't pick up any mention of vintage from the label. The wine is made by cryoextracting Gewürztraminer grapes using liquid nitrogen. Then the wine is partially fermented under pressure to give it some carbonation. RS: 138 g/l, alc. 9,5%.
  
  Intense lime green color. The nose is very intense, rich and almost explosive with its heady aromas of caramelized apricots, apple jam, rose petals, lychee and flower shop. On the palate this medium-bodied wine is sweet, but also slightly frizzante and surprisingly crisp with moderately high acidity. The flavors are very intense and rich with notes of jasmine, orange marmalade, apple jam, rosewater, steely minerality and some lychee. The finish is sweet but really crisp and refreshing with pronounced, steely minerality, pithy grapefuit bitterness, some Asian spices, a little peach candy and a hint of rosewater.
  
  A fun and tasty sweet wine that is definitely nothing serious. Not the most complex or interesting dessert wine, but nothing bad either - this is actually quite close to being a "Spanish Moscato d'Asti". Probably pairs nicely with soft, creamy white cheeses, sweet pastries or just on its own.
