November 8, 2023 - Despite saying I'd leave these, I opened another for Mrs H's birthday. Steely, linear, mineral as before, with delicate lemon, lime and yuzu.
Some traces of kerosene, but little tertiary development. A wine with considerable (but subtle) power and intensity. Years still in the tank. -

July 31, 2023 - Fully mature. High acidity, nose dominated by lime and lime leaf. Pugent and long in the mouth, though somewhat one-dimensional. Drink up.

July 1, 2023 - Fully mature I think — didn’t change on day 2. Continues to be much like the younger version of itself with the intensity of the line/citrus and acidity mellowed somewhat and a slightly creamier texture. I wonder if this has improved with age or if I preferred the younger version? Certainly still delicious.
