June 10, 2021 - Drank soon after decanting. Expressive floral aromas with prominent honeysuckle, some nuts, and a bit of bandaid. Smooth waxy mouth feel with savory and salty elements, mineral tang, a bit of nuttiness. Very good acids. Salty and saviry finish with a bit of heat. Still I liked this.

October 15, 2020 - Terribly oxidized. First bottle of this that I’ve had that was off.

September 3, 2020 - Just totally dead. No acid, muddled, oxidized flavors. Tasted 10 years older than it was. Very disappointed.

March 20, 2020 - Very enjoyable. Opened midday and left in cellar to breathe. Hazelnuts, heavy floral notes with a hint of green apple and butterscotch. Good acidity, fairly long finish. Balance is excellent. I think this is right in the drinking window. I think it could go several more years, not sure if it will get better than it is now. Very nice, drink them if you have them. Another good wine from "The Greek" in Tain-L'Hermitage.

March 15, 2020 - Decanted. Now 3h after decant. Light golden yellow. Aromas of ripe apples, barely ripe mangos, flowers. Palate w apples, barely ripe mangos, flowers, nice minerals, a bit of lanolin. Medium to full bodied a waxy mouthfeel. Nice acids for balance. Moderately long finish w fruit and a nice pith bitterness and a bit of heat. A bit big for pan fried red fish but imagine that this would go really well w swordfish or roast chicken.
