December 17, 2016 - The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like cherry, plum and mineral. It tastes like cherry, plum and black pepper. The body is light/medium. The wine has bright texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.

February 13, 2015 - Ramsay makes better wine than this. Body is light to medium, not bright nor flat. Very simple and unsatisfying.

October 11, 2014 - 13.4% alcohol, 65% mourvedre, 23% grenache. A pleasant smokiness, but it's a little green, not very complex, with a modest finish.

June 7, 2014 - Sweet red fruit, earthy spice and some dried herbal notes. Round body, a little lighter in weight. Filled with brighter red fruit balanced by darker earth. Light tannin and shorter finish. Good acidity.
