  July 26, 2023 - 初期以香草、芝麻、玉米、焦糖为主调，较多的桶味掩盖了果香。稍微醒酒后，黄桃、菠萝、芒果的成熟果味开始涌现，酸度也变得更加通透立体，在圆润饱满之外增添了一些清新活泼的特质。口中的集中度和整体的持续力都很出色，后期伴随着越来越多椴花、槐花的香气出现，风格更加甜美可爱。

  March 23, 2019 - Last one of these and just as enjoyable as the earlier bottles, showing no sign of tiring. Superb wine.

  April 18, 2017 - This is like no other Fiano I've tasted. The colour is quite deep compared to lesser wines. On the palate there is the citrusy attack that one would expect with such a wine but it then broadens out significantly and with the richness that one might expect of a Burgundy. It's really intense but there's good balance and a great finish. Not sure how long this wine will go on and down to my last bottle; with that acidity and depth of flavour I could see it keeping another 3 years. Definitely one to buy again.
