Community Tasting Notes 1

January 2, 2006 - Not quite as much fruit as I had hoped but it was still a lovely bottle of French pinot noir for our roasted duck dinner on New Year's Eve. Very smooth, it is drinking very well right now and the noticable lack of tannins would indicate that it is not going to improve markedly with additional bottle aging.
