April 13, 2022 - Have a few of these bottles left in the cellar. Delicious pared with a rib eye on the grill. Very drinkable now.

March 1, 2022 - It's been years since I opened one of these and the wine is still way too tannic, simple, and even a little sour. Maybe ready in 2030 but I won't bother waiting - time to sell.

February 13, 2020 - This is a solid wine after a 30 minute pop. Brought this to lunch and served with truffled lamb lasagna, and beef tenderloin. This wine showed aromas of cocoa, coffee, currant and cedar, with flavors of deep dark currant, black fruits and a touch of cocoa which paired nicely with these two dishes. We all really enjoyed this wine for its complexity and quality price ratio. Its a bargain.
