  October 13, 2023 - Full deep yellow gold, and not an RP&F bottle or cork so this is purchased domain post bottling. Rich,very rich as in some botrytis rich but delicious. A tight Puligny that has swallowed all the honeycomb oak and retains its citrus back bone plus feral botrytis, caramel, salted honey etc finale. Lovely with Sydney rocks but don’t keep, this ready now and sitting on a knife edge 18.5.

  December 27, 2019 - A fine Christmas treat this year....
  On nose: toasted bread, vanilla and golden apple soar aromatically from the glass....
  On palate : a follow through of the above notes, in addition to prominent, well integrated oak , and notes of hazelnut wedded to clean,youthful acidity and stony minerality on a rich well focused body....the wine shows a superb deep colour of a gold ring .....drinking perfectly and well aged at 10 years old.....no sign of oxidation ....in a good place now, and for 5 more years I think....stood up well to roast ham, turkey , risotto and winter vegetables.
