May 14, 2021 - Clear, deep lemon. Developed pronounced nose with smoke and dried herbs. Dry, medium(+) acidity, medium body, 12%. Thick and agile, tickling at start. Complex. Fresh. Medium(+) finish. Dried herbs.
Develops during three days; the nose gets more character, interwoven. On the palate, cotton fabric texture. Complexity and character including a bouquet of dried green herbs. Almonds. Grapefruit finish. Very good. Wait around five years for next bottle.

April 15, 2015 - Still young, elegant canned fruit coctail and good acidity. Not so oily as i expected but a very nice semillion

The palate is grassy and soft, quite acidic, light-bodied, but lacks depth and persistence of flavor. Medium length, but only has a little presence towards the front of the tongue. And seriously overpriced…
