    December 16, 2019 - Sample tasted blind:

    Floral - less so
    Sweet - holy shit yes. Clearly sherried or some wine cask finish.
    Rich - incredibly so. Hedonistic. I’m in love.
    Nutty - maybe a touch?
    Spicy - Less so
    Earthy - Touch
    Smoky - not really, I mean just a smidge, but in a Glendro/Macallan Level. Low but identifiably scotch.
    Woody - yeah, it’s there but not overwhelming just in a well integrated way
    Fruit - this is where it all comes across. Oxidized sherry, cherries, apples, apricot. All fruit. All day.
    Palate - silky smooth. I’m in love.
