  June 25, 2023 - Butter yellow/golden. Scent of dill, mango and baked lemon. Harmony reigns in the mouth, with depth, substance and not least persistence. Lovely wine. Truly excellent. Last of my holding of three.

  December 27, 2022 - An outstanding wine in its own quiet way. Still fairly light in colour. The scent is of pineapple core - that slight tone of bitterness over the fruit. I could string out a line of adjectives, fruits, nuts, herbs and the rest. But I don't like to be too creative. What you need to know is that this is where harmony reigns. Nothing much sticks out here. It is so softly spoken that it may end up overlooked in a line-up with more shouty wines. On its own, and when you listen, this speaks of harmony, good will to all men (and women, etc.) and peace on earth. Sometimes you need to hear that as well, but you need to be attentive and in the right mood. Here it is, though, in liquid form.

  May 17, 2020 - Understated, lacy, refined and profound. This is as far as you can get from in-your-face Riesling. The vintage has gained a reputation for being a bit under-acidic, but that is not the case here. Harmony is the order of the day.
