November 3, 2012 - This had a golden/orange colour to it. Expressive, with orange rind, ginger snaps and a touch of spiciness. Lovely balance of sweetness, with no cloying. Seems at its peak, but no rush to consume.

August 15, 2004 - Seattle Tasting Group does whites from Alsace, Germany and Austria (Seattle, WA, USA): This is somewhat peppery on the nose with a peppery, spicy, almost searing (and hot) palate. Despite the negative descriptors, this was flamboyant and very enjoyable.
