July 4, 2015 - Smells of lemon curd, smoke, chalk and mint. It is quite waxy and textural in the mouth with lemon pulp and floral flavours. It dries off and leaves a mineral footprint once swallowed.

March 28, 2015 - One-third each of Garnacha Blanca, Pedro Ximenez, and Macabeo. Nose of apple, cut grass, smoke, and iodine. Reminiscent of Meursault. Biting minerals in the mouth.

April 3, 2014 - A private lunch (Restaurant DiverXo ***, Madrid, Spain): Not an obvious wine. Quite powerful, not the usual explosive, floral aromatic profile of Grenache Blanc, apple, quite discreet, much more about structure and tannin, broad shouldered, has a very natural feel to it, an interesting experiment but I am not sure that I am really impressed. The price tag is frightening.
