August 9, 2022 - Brought to dinner at Surf Nashua; abbreviated note.
Color/App: deep yellow core verging toward light gold; medium+ viscosity. Lovely nose of white peach, jasmine, linen and a bit of lemongrass. Lemon and stone fruit palate with some nice minerality. Great acid and a nice, long finish. This was big enough to hold it's own with the sesame-seared tuna. I would say this is great now but I wouldn't hold off if I had any more bottles.1 person found this helpful Comment -
