August 12, 2018 - So much more giving than my last bottle. Opened and let sit for 30 mins. The acid that was so present in the last bottle is here, but it is buffered by honey, sweet lemon, and cool, steely minerality. It is still youthful, but certiainly more giving than two years ago.

December 21, 2016 - Couleur or. nez brioches, noix grillées et poire. Rond en bouche, ananas, amandes. Légère acidité. Longueur de moyenne à longue. Très bon produit tout en finesse.
