Community Tasting Notes 2

May 1, 2020 - Drank it because I thought it might being end of life. The screws cap IMO gave this wine a few more years. Upon opening cellar aroma so left it alone for 1 hour- maybe should have decanted but no rush - as was going to drink over a few nights. The aroma improved to reveal some citrus notes which was confirmed on the palette - still detected Chardonnay fruit and some acid. Texture was creamy and long in the mouth. The finish was clean and fresh not stale but would drink now or next 2 years max.

November 15, 2014 - Light straw colour. The nose shows light creamy fruit with nice oak. Fresh on the palate with lime, citrus character finishing with nice acid and balance. An elegant and refined chardonnay that is not too loud.
