June 5, 2023 - Lovely bottle. Open and complex on the nose, showing a little greenness, spices, red berry fruit, undergrowth. Powerful on the palate, well integrated tannins and acidity, really well balanced overall. Layered and long. 93-95

November 4, 2022 - The one with Liz (Home): Great showing. Baking spices, savory meats, dark red fruit and macerated cherries with regal opulence and power. This showed power amidst velvety viscosity with silky and integrated tannins. 2004 greenness completely missing in this gem and the result, layered complexity, great structure, wonderful finish and easily my WOTN.

July 23, 2021 - Chez G, quite dark ruby, lightening rim; attractive nose, cherry and plum, attractively spiced, tiniest hint of 04 taint emerged towards end of bottle; medium bodied, quite complex, well made, slightly hollow, faded on exit, some silk, may improve yet. F (17.5).

February 15, 2021 - Great nose, intense long finish, there is one very ripe note on finish, couldn’t quite pinpoint if.
